Online Returns

Please return items in new condition with all parts, packaging, and tags intact within 30 days. Returns will be accepted through the original UPS or USPS carrier. Include a copy of your receipt and a completed return/exchange form with any return or exchange. Customer pays for return shipping unless the Woodsmith Store sent an incorrect or damaged item. If we are responsible for return shipping, contact us for a return shipping label at 800-835-5084, ext. 2262 or 2264. We will exchange the item or issue a return credit in the original form of payment. Special orders for items not normally carried in the physical Woodsmith Store are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Purchases by check cannot be returned earlier than 10 days past the date of purchase. We reserve the right to reject any return that appears to have been used, washed, worn, damaged by purchaser, or does not have all original parts, packaging, and tags intact. No food items may be returned. We do not ship outside of the continental U.S.

In-store Returns

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within the continental U.S. only via UPS or USPS at the discretion of the Woodsmith Store. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be calculated before finalizing an online or phone order.
