Product Highlights

  • Materials.  Made from high-quality cast iron, steel and brass components.
  • Chain Drive.  The chain drive ensures parallelism and eliminates racking commonly found in other vises.
  • Handles.  Either handle can be used to operate the vise.
  • Spring-loaded lock.  A spring-loaded lock pin disengages the chain for controlled jaw skewing needed to equalize pressure on out-of-square work.
  • Aluminum Chain Cover.  The cover consisting of two cast end caps and bridging extrusion. It can be cut to length for mounting at other than the maximum spacing.

Holes can also be drilled horizontally in the side faces of the front jaw and corresponding holes along the side of your bench to clamp objects such as doors for planing.
