Product Highlights

  • Blade. The blade is made from Swedish silicon steel. It is made to cut better and faster, with less wear on bearings, shafts and tires.
  • Teeth. TPC (thin positive claw) for straight line veneer cutting available in 3/4″ x 3 TPI. This blade is only .025 thick with a unique set pattern. The total overall set is less than .048 thousandths of an inch. When you are resawing very expensive woods that are thick and you want as thin a kerf as possible, a super finish, and you are not concerned with speed, this is the blade for you. The teeth are milled into the steel, not stamped or crush ground, providing a 50% sharper tooth.
  • Low Tension. Timber Wolf blades run under low tension requiring less horsepower while the Swedish silicon steel dissipates heat 3x faster than high carbon steel.
  • Blade Designation. This blade is excellent for cutting kiln-dried hardwoods @ 3”-10” thick and softwood @ 3”-8” thick.
