Description

The Woodsmith Store Fine Tools 6” steel rule is perfect for precise measuring on workpieces and setting up tools like a table saw or a router table. The 6” steel rule easily fits in your shirt pocket or shop apron. Each rule features a flat steel body with precise acid-etched graduation marks that will not wear off. A special non-glare satin finish offers a durable surface that is easy to read. One side shows graduations in 1/16” increments, with the numbers on both edges reading the same. This allows easy measurement from both edges of the rule. The other side of the rule features graduations in 1/32” increments along one edge, and standard fractional measurements (1/4”, 1/2”, 3/4”) along the opposing edge. One edge also displays measurements that begin from the center of the rule, which is handy for finding the center of a workpiece.
