• Uses. The Robert Sorby RS200KT is a multi-purpose turning tool that comes packaged with three replaceable cutters – two for hollowing, one for scraping.
• Cutters. The one with the rounded end is designed for general roughing out and will create a flowing curve as in the bottom of a vessel. The more pointed cutter is for fast material removal and produces a crisp corner in a box. The scraper features a rounded section for inside curves and a flat section for outside curves. Made from High Speed Steel and sharpened with a diamond hone on top.
• Materials. The Multi-Tip Hollowing Tool has a 3/4” dia. X 6-1/2” long half-flat shank and features an ergonomic 12” ash handle with a solid brass ferrule.
