Product Highlights
Application. The Jasper 280 cuts 268 different sized precision circles from 1-1/2” to 18-3/16” inches in diameter.
Mounting to Router. Remove base plate from router if removable, use router base layout on package front to determine screw placement, use supplied calibration pin and disc to center onto router, and attach with supplied screws.
Router Bit. Use with 1/4" straight bit.
Scale Use. Use the inch column on the horizontal scale, and the fractional row on the vertical scale to locate desired pivot hole. For 7-3/8” find the 7” column, and the 3/8” row, follow the lines to the 7-3/8” pivot hole to place the provided 1/8” pivot pin.
Pivot Guide Hole. Mark center of work piece and drill 1/8” pivot guide hole.
To Make Round Disks. Add 1/4" to desired diameter of disc to account for bit diameter.
Durability. Made from durable 1/4" thick polycarbonate plastic.
Includes. Calibration pin, calibration disc, pivot pin, mounting screws, router base layout, and circle jig.
