Product Highlights

  • Top Bevel. The top of each tooth is ground to a 25° Alternate Top Bevel (ATB) which means the blade shears through the fibers of the wood.
  • Hook angle. A 20° face hook angle means an easier feed rate.
  • Side Clearance. The side clearance on the teeth is engineered to allow for a smooth, no-planing/no-jointing finish cut.
  • Flat Body. The body of the blade is within .001” of being “dead flat”, (.004” to .010” is common on most blades) which results in virtually no wobbling or flutter.
  • Hard Carbide Teeth. Each tooth is made from double-hard C-4 high-grade carbide, which provides a much longer cutting life than a typical all-purpose table saw blade.
  • Extra-Thick Teeth. The carbide teeth are extra thick which means the teeth can be sharpened more times over the life of the blade.
