Blade Details. This is the Flexcut JKN291 Right-Handed Carvin’ Jack Improved Model 2.0 with cross-etched aerospace aluminum handle for improved grip and 6 different blades.
Blades included: Detail Knife, Straight Gouge, Pelican Knife, V-Scorp, Gouge Scorp and Hook Knife.
Detail Knife. The detail knife can be used as a whittling knife. It is great for delicate areas and quickly removing wood from convex surfaces.
Straight Gouge. The straight gouge is excellent for modeling surfaces or creating different textures.
Pelican Knife. The Pelican Knife has a curved blade that offers a clean slicing action similar to a skew. The point is narrowed for a tight turning radius while still being durable. It cuts very well in hollow areas.
V-Scorp. With the V-Scorp, you can make a clean line of demarcation between two surfaces.
Gouge Scorp. The gouge scorp is a right-angled gouge. The very short turning radius allows for carving very narrow and deep recesses.
Hook Knife. The hook knife is designed for carving in hollow areas where a straight blade can’t reach.
Extras Included. Includes sharpening strop, Flexcut Gold polishing compound and leather pouch.
