Description
Ebony has always been prized as a species for its jet black color and density. Getting all black Ebony is becoming harder and harder. We sell true Gabon Ebony which may still have some lighter streaks in the pieces as you can see from the photos. The small size of the tree and the yield it results have driven the price higher. Ebony is typically used for small projects like piano keys, inlays, pool cues, small turned projects and musical instrument parts.
**We do not guarantee ALL BLACK coloring.
