Product Highlights

  • Sander/Polisher.  Designed with pad that both orbits and rotates, delivering a smooth, well-blended surface finish.
  • Build. A rugged die-cast aluminum gear housing with exclusive dual-bearing pad mount – featuring a long-life design eliminates wobble and vibration.
  • Pad Dampening Braking System. It is designed to eliminate swirl marks on the workpiece, thanks to an integral pad dampening braking system. And at the same time, it provides rapid removal and an ultra-smooth finish.
  • Hook and Loop. Bosch’s hook-and-loop disc attachment ensure firm grip of the disc during use. It accepts six-hole 5” hook and loop discs. Additionally, the microcellular backing pad is pliable to ensure a smooth, fine finish on both flat and contoured surfaces alike.
  • Soft Grip and Body Design. Tapered soft-grip top, plus ergonomic handles – helps provide comfort and control. Multiple grip positions – help to prevent fatigue, with a front handle that removes easily for sanding in tight spots.
  • Variable Speed. Variable-speed dial – allows the user to match the speed of the sander to the workpiece and task, from 4,500 to 12,000 orbits per minute (opm).
  • Dust Control. Microfilter dust system – filters fine dust as small as a 1/2 micron in diameter.
