Cutter. A general-purpose cutter is made with the highest quality High Speed Steel and coated with a titanium nitride powder coating for sharpness and endurance. The cutter is designed specifically for the Turnmaster.
Bowls and Spindles. A general-purpose cutter that can be used for rapid material removal inside and outside of bowls.
Sharpening. Use a diamond file or diamond plate flat across the top face. To gain best results and increase the longevity of the cutter this simple procedure should be done little and often.
Reshaping. Use the TurnMaster cutter holder to reshape the profile on the Robert Sorby ProEdge using a diamond belt or on a grinding wheel using diamond or other high-density abrasive material. Sharpens to: 0.7 microns Hardness: 90 RC.
